Our sprinters and jumpers are based at the St Mary's track on Tuesday evenings throughout the year. Sunday morning sessions are normally at the track, but can be in Richmond Park in the winter months. Specialist jumps and hurdles sessions take place on Thursday evenings at the track for invited athletes. The club coaches split the squad into two groups - Foundation and Sprints/Jumps/Hurdles, allowing athletes to progress as they develop physically and athletically.

Sprints/ Jumps
The middle and long distance runners train at a variety of venues throughout the year, depending on the phase of training. The club coaches split the athletes into groups according to their age and ability. The squad caters for young and senior athletes alike.

Middle/Long Distance
Our specialist throwers receive technical coaching in small groups throughout the year. Much of their conditioning work is carried out with the Sprints/Jumps squad.
