SMRAC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

Proceedings of AGM 2025: AGM Agenda Jan 26

Tuesday 20th January 2026 - 8.15pm: 

Venue: DV Lounge - St. Mary's University

Dear Members,

SMRAC hereby announces the 2025 SMRAC Annual General Meeting. All 1st claim club members can attend, and vote (though members under 16 must allocate an adult to vote on their behalf). If anyone has any matters they would like raising or any resolutions to be voted on, please inform the club Secretary by Tuesday 13th January 2026.
 

Currently there are still vacant roles on the running of the club including: Chair, Secretary Competition Coordinator, Website + Social Media Coordinator, and Jack Petchey Coordinator. Without some of these roles being filled the club will be unable to continue running, so please consider offering some time to help us keep offering our excellent services to those who wish to do athletics in the region. To express your interest please speak with a current Committee member for more information about the roles and email the club secretary on membership.smrac@gmail.com.
