Minutes of the AGM 2025: AGM Minutes 2025

Dear Members,

The SMRAC 2025 AGM occurred on Tuesday 20th January 2026. I would like to welcome the new committee, especially to the new club Chair, Sarah, who I am certain will lead the club excellently during her tenure. Please do see the AGM minutes for a full list of the new committee.

Currently there are still vacant roles on the running of the club including: Membership Secretary, Competition Coordinator, Rosenheim Team Manager and YDL UAG Team Manager. Particularly a new membership secretary is vital for the club to continue to function, so please do consider if you have any spare time you might be able to offer in this purely administrative role. Whilst the two competition management roles available mean the club is unable to offer as much competitive opportunities to our members, particularly U18 & U20 throwers and hurdlers who require these fixtures to be able to compete at their standard events.
