SOUTH OF ENGLAND XC CHAMPIONSHIPS - Parliament Hill - 30th January

VETS AC CHAMPS. - Lee Valley - 24th Jan. Congratulations to Gary Palmer on winning silver in the 200m and bronze in the 60m in the M40 age category at the British Masters Multi Events/Vets AC Championships.
SCOTTISH COMBINED EVENTS CHAMPIONSHIPS - Glasgow - 23rd-24th January
Congratulations to Calum Brown on his silver in the heptathlon with 4045 points (60m 7.67, LJ 6.23, SP 9.94, HJ 1.79, 60H 9.26, PV 2.60, 1000m 2:56.97).
MIDDLESEX XC CHAMPIONSHIPS - 23rd Jan.

Celia made an impressive start to 2010 with 1st place in the U15 LJ with a PB of 5.07m. Jacques also performed well, gaining 4th place in the U17 HJ with 1.75m.
