SAL
SAL (Southern Athletics League)
Any athlete who is currently U17, U20, U23 or older is eligible to compete for SMRAC at the SAL matches. (2nd claim members must have a 1st claim club that does not compete in the SAL).
There are 2 scoring athletes for each event - A string and B string. All track events also allow as many non-scoring athletes in each event whilst the field events are limited to 1 non-scoring athlete per event. The club can put forward any number of track athletes, and up to 3 field athletes, per event, so don't hesitate to put yourself forward no matter your level.
