Field Judge Upgrade

One of our coaches and Masters athlete, Kim Weir, has been working over the last 9 months on upgrading her Level 2 Field Judging to a Level 3. This process involves a number of days being scrutinised by Level 4 field judges, reports written on Kim's attitiude and abilities at Field Judging over the range of all the Field events and attendance as a Field Judge at over 20 competitions.
This is not an easy process and takes many hours to accumulate the experience and documentation needed so cudos to Kim for taking the time to achieve this.
