Cross Country
SMRAC compete through the winter months in the Metropolitan XC League, various XC championships and some of the Road Relays.
Met League fixtures for 2024 are:
14th October – Claybury Park
11th November – Wormwood Scrubs
2nd December – Uxbridge
13th January - Welwyn Garden City
10th February – Trent Park
