Middlesex Outdoor County Championship 2025

Some of the club athletes headed over to Lee Valley on 10th and 11th May 2025 to compete in the Middlesex County Championships
For a small club, SMRAC did very well to come 9th in the overall medal table out of over 25 clubs that entered. 6 golds, 9 silvers and 5 bronzes overall. The majority of the medals were earnt in the field events (throws - 15 and High Jump - 1) and 3 on the track.
There were several PB's for athletes in the process too.
