Jim Forest who recently passed away. Jim was a past Chairman of the athletic club, his main club was Ranlagh harriers. Jim did an awful lot of work for us as Chairman and we all offee our condolences to his family and friends.

SMRAC are proud to have worked with the Jack Petchey Foundation since 2014 to recognise and reward young achievers (and benefit the club through funding of team building activities and purchase of additional equipment each award cycle).

Latterly, the club has also participated in schemes to recognise and thank our hardworking volunteers through the Leader Award and this has opened up access to additional funding from Jack Petchey.
